pay more attention to these three different notes, from three different boss'..
1. From Mr. T
which says.. "Nissa, file dalam Corporate Policy"
which says.. "Nissa, file dalam Corporate Policy"
2. From Mr. H
which says.. "Tolong inform ke Corporate, Thanks"
3. From Mr. A
which says.. "To: Nisa, Please take care of this. Thanks."
which says.. "To: Nisa, Please take care of this. Thanks."
there!
see? notice the difference??
boss no. 2 and boss no. 3 use the words "Tolong/Please" and "Thanks"..
while boss no. 1 doesnt.

how i love to hear/read those words, as it would simply make me feel respected.

bener teh.. dengan please dan thanks kita jadi ngrasa dihargain.. ngerjain tugasny juga jadi lebih enak.. gak kaya atasan gw yg hobi marah2.. never say please, never say thanks...
pas baca ini langsung buru2 buka arsip.. dan mendapati, "fan, pls file..", "fan, selesaikan asap!!"

that is what we use to say in our language "unidade na diversidade" probably in your language means "Bhineka Tunggal Ika".

Setuju.... kata yg sederhana, tp sangat berarti :)
to all : bener kan? lebih merasa dihargai hanya dengan kata "please" n "thanks".. but, i think it has nothing to do with "bhinneka tunggal ika". hehehe!
boss gw nyebut staff nya dengan kata2 anak buah
contoh : iya, gw lagi di jalan nih sama anak buah gw
sementara boss nya boss gw nyebut kita kata kawan/temen
contoh : saya lagi di jalan abis presentasi sama kawan2 seksi X
kesimpulan : pemimpin sejati harus rendah hati, hehehe

Kalo si Bos,selalu dimulai dengan kata Please, tapi terakhirnya ada tanda seru..si "!" koq ya malah bikin serem ya..
